Queretaro fans stormed field in game vs Atlas. Started attacking atlas fans. Twitter has videos where people have to be dead

Multiple guys stripped naked and looking like they're dead if you look on twitter. Rumored 17 dead at this time.

Wow. Unofficial reports of 17 dead I’m seeing online.

Damn. They beat the shite out of a ton of dudes and stripped them naked to humiliate them. Brutal way to go out.

I flipped over to the 2 Mexican league games that just started on the Spanish speaking channels and it was business as usual before and starting the game. Man if that happened in any sport here they would immediately cancel all the games for the rest of the day.
It's shocking how they just live around death down there.

When everyone has a brother, uncle, cousin, husband, or father killed it’s just a part of life. They have so many amazing people living in Mexico and Central America, and the culture traditionally is awesome, but the current narcostate status is really terrible.
This is absolutely sickening to watch, and unbelievable that there was not security there. It looked like absolute anarchy.

I think I saw tweet shortly after the brawls started that the police had been called. They had no real police presence at the game. Unbelievable.

Does Atlas have any games against MLS teams coming up?

They played Austin FC a couple weeks ago.

Just be thankful this doesn’t happen here…

Not even saying this because we play them in a couple of weeks, but all Liga MX and El Tri matches should be played without fans.

Thinking back, didn’t some Club America fans kill a Philly Union fan recently?

I saw video of some of the aftermath, two naked dudes on the ground with a good bit of blood on their faces and the ground around them. Hard to say if they were dead but they didn’t look great…

Reports that Queretaro wanted to finish the game this afternoon. Atlas basically gave them a "wtf".
