U.S. State Department orders all non-emergency government staff in Shanghai to leave as Covid surges

Shouldn’t they stay there and keep the Covid outbreak isolated to Shanghai ?

IF covid was the true concern they would have done this before the Olympics. It was known people were sick then.
They are prepping now for the midterms mail in ballots state of emergency.
If all of Biden's cabinet, Congress, or SCOTUS all get sick. Biden has directives he needs to be dictator to set a CCP approved full blown marxist course. Then to: shadow enact the great reset, when Harris returns to the dictator chair.
They already adopted the CCP social credit scores for tech and businesses. They will also adopt the generalized CCP social credit scores.
