Johnson mentioned he was a little sore, so doesnt sound like stomach. Also said he was day to day and optimistic. I dont foresee this being a big deal.

Did not specify the injury. Hadn’t talked to him this morning.

“Just a little sore kind of thing. The body language throughout the game—didn't seem like something to be overly concerned with anything, but it was probably in his best interest— as hard as it is to take out a national RBI leader in a conference. Probably what we needed to do, but I'm optimistic.” #LS

If need be, sit him for nicholls and get Travinski's bat in the line up for Milazzo. Jobert 3rd base. Pearson/Stevenson in RF unless Kling is ready to go.

Where was it reported it was a stomach bug? That was a bunch of dumbasses making assumptions on here.

If anything is posted on here and people WANT to believe it, they will take it as absolute fact. That's how it works.

I've got the supposed stomach bug, along with my wife and MIL, so I'll believe it.

Saw him with a slight limp but wanted to confirm it was a leg thing. It was very cold Sunday. Johnson clarified it is a leg injury.

I hope we sit White, Morgan, and Dugas tomorrow night. They'd be better off with the rest than the reps.

He got his nut sack caught on an Ole Piss player's teeth while dragging it across their faces.

Shouldn't be an issue, but also in general getting reps for depth guys like Nippolt, Merrifield, Travinski, etc can only help.

I'd even take Crews out after a couple ABs.

C - Travinski
1B - Jones
2B - Merrifield
3B - Nippolt
SS - Thompson
LF - Pearson
CF - Crews
RF - Jobert
DH - Beloso

Then sub out Crews and Thompson after a couple PAs for Stevenson and Frey (Jobert to 3rd, Nippolt to SS). See if there is an opportunity to get Mic Paul in there somehow.

I wouldn't mind if we went with the 'B' team and went small ball intentionally. People would throw an absolute fit though.

Thought I saw Dugas pulling on his shoulder a few times after swings. That was the worst he's looked since he hurt it.

Oh they would for sure. If our B team can’t handle a midweek game we have issues with our B team.

Anyone with a bruise at this point should be sec only as much as we can help.
