Maybe what we need are sororities dedicated specifically to the differently genitaled. You could call it something like "Faux Mu" or "Bulge-a Delta."

This is the only thing keeping it from happening so far IMO. My stepdaughter’s sorority has allowed it in a different state I believe. So there is some concern that it could happen here eventually. If that happens I think there are tons of parents who would pull their kids, especially the parents paying the bills for it.
But honestly if they allow a male to live there, I assume some of the girls would actually want to leave themselves anyway as well.
