I'm not at all familiar with their laws, but I doubt that Japan allows tourists to bring guns with them.

I watched a video of a Somali guy, claiming to be American, harassing a Japanes guy on a train in Japan. Asking him about Hiroshima and Nagasaki. English wasn't great. Definitely not born in America.
Korean guy steps up to him and tells him to stop. Korean guy was American from Texas. Clearly sounded American.
Somali guy tells the Texan he doesn't care because he's all about making money from Tik Tok.
Somali guy tells Texan, about dropping the bomb " we did it again and we'll do it before"?
Anyway it was pretty infuriating to watch and I wouldn't have been as nice as the real American was.
Social media and Tik Tok is ruining society. People wouldn't act like this if they weren't filming for their followers.
