Multiple shot, one dead outside Shreveport night club

Anyone I see in a hoodie in Shreveport in July I assume they are a felon.
Soon after and not far away in Caddo Heights another two were shot, one fatally.

When officers arrived they learned that two young men, one wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and the other a blue hoodie, began shooting with handguns near the Phoenix 2.0 nightclub.
