any municipality that wants/needs certain federal funding that they will undoubtedly attach to the confiscation efforts.
or even the ones that agree with that executive order.
or ones that think that they will receive a cabinet appointment under that leadership.

She can collect a pile of them just with the executive action. Tons of city’s/ towns/states will enforce it based on losing federal funding just like they did with Covid. Anyone that doesn’t comply will get flagged and no DL no Twic card and all assets froze.

Not legally. If it were as easy as an executive order, why didn’t Obama or Biden do it?
She was pandering to voters. It doesn’t make her any less of a threat, but she won’t suddenly become Queen if she gets elected. Our system doesn’t work that way, thankfully.

Muh, second amendment. And how far do you push the population of the US? When it becomes extraconstitutional, well, I don't know where that will go??

I'm sure you were scared of this all the years Clinton, Obama, and Biden were in office too. If she's elected (please God no), another 4 years will go by and you'll still be saying the same thing.
