The answer is Jonny Quest, but the Herculoids, Mightor, and Space Ghost are top tier.

For me it was Herculoids > Johnny Quest, but as someone else posted Thundarr beat them both.

Slight edge to Jonny Quest, but wouldn't turn off any of the shows mentioned above.

I never watched Johnny Quest but I did watch Herculoids. Thundar was my favorite by far.
