Getting the itch to buy a new rifle to add to the arsenal. I have a 30-30, 308, 35 Wehlen, and 7mm-08. What should my next caliber be? Strictly a whitetail hunter.
PSA - not buying a 6.5 creedmoor.

Get a .270 if your daughter needs a gun

25.06 would be my choice for you. Have one personally and it’s a death laser.

You've pretty much got all your bases covered. I would get something fun like a lever-action in 44mag or 357mag, or an AR-10/15 in something like 300blk (suppressed) or 6.5 grendel.

Every man should own a 30-06.

I’ve had that itch many times over the years and bought several rifles with good glass. I wish I would have started buying suppressors earlier vs so many different rifles and calibers.
With that being said I’d go 25/06 but my favorite gun I have is a 16 inch .308 with a can on it.

Ks47 from psa
762x39 caliber. I have two. Has been a great Rifle. As light as an AR, recall similar to an AR. Hard hitting. Will smoke a pig or deer. Great for kids who are recall shy.
Suppresses great with a adjustable gas block.

Get a tikka t3 in 6.5x55 Swedish. Wayyyyyy cooler than a creedmoor.
But as someone else alluded to, a cut and thread job and a supressor for one of your current rifles would be even cooler. A sweet scope would be cooler. Countless ways to blow $2500 on cool shite and not even buy a rifle.

I keep looking at 22 creedmor videos lol. I’m know my next scope will be a Burris eliminator though. We have some big ag fields and powerlines that you can see 1,000 yds. I’d like to be able to stretch it out.

6.5 Grendel in AR platform. Fun to shoot.

Id get that swfa 3-15 gen 2 and put it on a .223
All the new stuff is cool but .223 is so much cheaper to shoot and easier to get ammo or components for. Tikka with a 1:8 barrel and that stuff on it will be a great 1000 yard blaster.

Yeah, but if he’s long range hunting with it, he needs more than a 22.
