In all this did he articulate any strategy for Ukraine winning, whatever that means? Or any end game at all? Or is he just proposing endless proxy war with a nuclear armed power paid for by us?

I don't give a F what any of these lying Democrat scumbags have to say on the issue. They have been stealing for 4 solid years from this money laundering operation. The arms that are delayed should have no effect since it is common knowledge that many of the arms we sent were sold to 3rd parties on the black market to the Mexican cartels and the Taliban.
Cry me a river. We have given more than enough there. The gravy train is over.
If they don't sign the mineral deal, we need to turn our back.

If that were the case, we wouldn't have stopped sharing intelligence, intelligence that we are still collecting.
