Just Doge the EPA while they are at it. All 3 letter agencies would be a good next step. The $13B would be a drop in the bucket. We waste more than we spend necessarily. Solve inflation real quickly and make housing affordable again. MHAA.

They should take this money, divide it 4 ways and go to Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
Divide it equally and mail a check out to every registered voter.
Make it very public and a big deal.
The uncashed checks are probably fake people and those names should be purged from voter rolls.
Repeat all over the country.
Would be the best spent tax dollars ever.
