What kind of intelligence knows the amount of the bounty ("ABOUT $2,000...":)), but doesn't know who is paying for it?

Sounds like drug cartel activity is a driving portion of this. Threaten and control politicians. Infiltrate police and law enforcement. Been going on in many of the South American countries and has been percolating in the USA for years now. With the US going kinetic on transports, the Cartel activity has to do something as their agents are being sent home and blown up.
My simple take on it anyway.
Mexican President is already compromised and probably has a gun to her head and her family's heads. Just advancing and expanding north to us.
Maybe some of our politicians are already in this same position.

I think you may be underestimating what that person's agenda actually is. I do not think they want to pay these bounties. I suspect they want the people to try and collect them, so Trump is forced to have his federal officers use lethal force.

How is HE going to get ICE agents killed? It makes sense to avoid violence and bullets if possible. The only people who would be responsible are the left and the pieces of shite who do it. And if they do, they're F UCKED. In the meantime, the media and Dems are just waiting for videos to sensationalize ICE violence against "innocent protesters." That is 100% how it will be spun. It will be like Kent State the way they present it. So, I can understand not going there until the left gives you no choice.
