Kiffin needs to stop the OM sympathy

You made a choice to come to LSU. Your assistants are contracted with LSU. They are on "loaner" to OM via Kiffin. The portal is open now. Kiffin needs to read them the riot act and make them stay in BR. Continued OM success doesn't help LSU in any way with the portal. This needs to stop immediately.

Wrong. Kiffin is coming out of this looking like the bigger person than the entire OM athletic administration. Plus I trust CLK to determine if this is negatively impacting recruiting.

Never should have entered the discussion. Kiffin miscalculated big time, could have handled it better in the interest of both schools by cutting bait, but it hopefully shouldn’t make any material difference. Only if he lets it.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am very surprised that LK isn't having more success with QB's and receivers in the first few days. So far every top player at that position has chosen elsewhere, that I am aware of. Leavitt would be settling and a real risk .....and he isn't close to the best QB available. I didn't expect LSU to not be successful immediately, and so far it doesn't look good.
