Some updates on portal players

Good evening everyone. Lot of movement lately with some things. Spoke with 2 guys 45 mins ago and here is some info:
In regards to the OL:
Was told Lane personally told all of the linemen that they will be re evaluated. Which means NIL changes, no starting promises and some processing of players.
With the firing of Brad Davis added to that that is why you see the OL leaving in bunches. Hearing staff may try to keep Tyree Adams and Weston Davis obviously already coming back.
In regards to WR:
Looking to take 6-7 WRs through the portal.
Jackson Harris on board. I’m expecting strong possibility of Duce Alexander, Winston Watkins from Ole Miss. So there’s 3 with probably 4 more left. Wilson from Florida mentioned.
In regards to RB:
I mentioned in my last thread a week or so ago Caden Durham was considering entering the portal. Looks like that came to fruition sadly. However, I’m expecting LSU to take 2 RBs in the portal. Kewan Lacy being the obvious one. Also, have heard Juju Johnson is wanting to see if he can get looks at QB from a D1 program before making a decision on returning to LSU.
In regards to QB:
I’ve been told the top 3 was always 1. Chambliss, 2. Sorosby, and 3. Leavitt.
I mentioned in my thread that Lane and company were confident Chambliss would be approved, but Ole Miss is doing some sketchy things behind the scenes and with his recent play he becomes tougher to land.
Staff loved Sorosby, and had some concerns on Leavitt off the field issues. So Sorosby was the target over Leavitt. Looks like Tech swooped in last min, looking to hear more details on it.
Side Note:
Chaz Coleman has a bag for him waiting. LSU is wanting to make a splash at edge. Thought it was Stewart because he was all NIL but SC shockingly ponied up.

It'll be interesting to see what happens with Lacy. He'd be a huge get, especially if we don't get our top QB prospect, but getting him and Berry on the same roster would be similar to when Ohio State has Henderson and Judkins.

Figured this was the case and that we might actually see some eventually return if they aren’t getting the NIL offers they expect.

This is EXACTLY what Kiffin should have done with the OL who for whatever reason was the weakest unit of the entire team. I GUESSED earlier when 9 were going to the portal (Davis included) that LSU would end up retaining 3 of them, 3 would move on to probably lower tier teams in P4 conferences, and 3 would end up having trouble getting scholarships (probably drop down to FCS teams). I'll stick with that prediction.

Its only gonna get tougher to land portal guys. It definitely appears easier to retain than replace. I think thats why lane went hard after the recruiting class top end guys. We've nailed that.

Has anyone mentioned OM signing more players out of the portal than us already?
Just think that’s interesting considering they are in the midst of a playoff run.
Assume we will end up with more players based on quality and quantity at the end of the day but thought that was funny.
