I don't care if the milk cartel or the grain cartel or the egg cartel invented it, I can eat the hell out of some morning food.

Eggs scrambled right in the skillet using leftover bacon grease, Thomas buttermilk English Muffin with that yummy French butter from traders and a bougie espresso (doppio) while watching the sun come up is one of the simple and special things in life.

Take nothing for granted and feel blessed you woke up breathing again today. Give you family a hug and take a moment to appreciate the miracle of life.

that sounds like most of mornings this Christmas "break". I'm actually happy to be working today because the wife wore me out with honey-dos.

Those scrambled eggs look like they were "scrambled" in the pan. They also look like a hard scramble.

Looks good, better than my "breakfast" of coffee and a handful of peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets.

you have no idea. long story but we found her in a dumpster a month or so ago and have been nursing her back to health; as you can see she's pretty damn well-fed now.

eta she's about 16 weeks old and has clearly been accepted by the rest of the crew.

Looks perfect. I’ve been making my own english muffins (cinnamon raisin) for the wife (no pics) this past year.. a little time consuming but they come out great!

Very solid. Makes those eggs soft-scrambled and it would damn near be my perfect breakfast.

Prefer bacon over sausage, muffins over bread/biscuits and espresso over coffee, so that is right up my alley. Looks to be perfection.

I like eggs, grits and an English muffin with jam and cream cheese and a side of bacon and some grapes. That's my almost every day breakfast.
Sometimes I'll do sausage sometimes I'll make a burrito.

I fry my eggs unless making a taco, but I do pan scramble them with all the meat and grease.

Looks great......add a side of avocado slices with salt, pepper, and hot sauce and it might be the perfect breakfast.

had this Irish breakfast w/ an Irish coffee at the Dubliner in DC a couple months back - best breakfast I've had in a while.

Those eggs look worse than your dry aged ribeyes from a few years back.
