Struggling to get all of my protein

I am shooting for over 160 grams of protein a day (I weigh 194). I am working out 7 days a week doing a PPL rotatation. This is what my day looks like typically.
Workout at 5:30am
Have a fair life nutrition after (30g protein)
Have coffee and a little half n half
Mid morning snack is Oikos pro vanilla and 2 scoops of iso pure 100 mixed (70g of protein)
chicken rice and veggies (gett less than 30g of protein here because I am full and not hungry)
Dinner
either shrimp, steak, pork or chicken ( can get 20-30 g here)
My issue is I am just full. I don't want to eat more. Anyone have any tips?

switch the fair life to the 42g version, remove the veggies so it doesnt take up room
and honestly....one of the biggest things is switch to lean ground beef for a lot of meals, you can shovel it down before you get full

This would destroy my stomach.
Also, your dinner is way too light. I understand not feeling hungry at lunch after 2 scoops of protein. But later in the day, you can only muster 20g of protein with shrimp?

Try eating more food at lunch/breakfast and drink the shake later when you aren't hungry, maybe even before bed. It's way easier to drink calories than eat them when you're full. The reason you aren't hungry is because you're doing it backwards and allowing the shake to fill you up

I get these from Costco and like to eat a bag for an afternoon snack. They are not filling at all. Each bag is only 90 calories and 14-15g of protein.

I split mine up.
After my morning run I'll eat 6 eggs (36 g). Once I'm at work I'll have a ratio protein yogurt (25 g). Early lunch will have 6-8 ounces of lean meat (usually deer or chicken breast, 54 to 72 g). Protein shake after I go to the gym has 25 grams. That puts me at 140 g before dinner. I eat whatever my wife cooked for dinner and I'm usually at 160+. If I'm low I'll drink another shake before bed.

This
You're taking in a lot of milk, which I find to be pretty inflammatory and filling. Maybe skip the mid-morning snack or try substituting that for some jerky, if you can't live without a snack.
I get the Oikos is a cheap way of getting protein, but it's crap. Stick to eating whole foods.

I do double protein shakes in the AM. 44g from the protein powder, another 16g from the grass fed 2% milk.
Dump the rice, it's wasting space. You're getting enough carbs from the dairy. I support ground beef above chicken. It's easier to batch cook, and reheats better. Like 777 said, you can shovel a 1/2 of ground beef seasoned 50 different ways down your maw pretty fast. I like taco seasoning, crunch up a couple of Fritos or tortilla chips, throw some yogurt on top. "Well Fed" contains a great number of seasoning combos.

Orgain Collagen added to the coffee. One scoop is 20g. Tasteless and non-filling.

Eh, it's not exactly tasteless. To me it messes up the coffee, but I like it fine in tea which is what I have in the morning anyway. My container (I guess it's Vital Proteins, from Sam's) says 4 tbsp is 18g, how big is your scoop?

IMO you should always be getting the majority of your protein from meat - powders and manufactured dairy should be gap fillers, not the other way around.
Make lunch and dinner at least 6oz of meat.
Before bed is another window for cottage cheese, casein shake, yogurt and berries, etc.
Ditch the Fairlife and do 2 scoops of whey after your workout.
Agree with the other poster that Oikos Pro + ISO Pure would wreck my gut haha

1/2 scoop per cup of coffee. Full scoop is 20g of protein. The Orgain is flavorless and easily dissolves in hot coffee. Game changer for me.

Agree with drinking more protein since you seem to get full easily - could try some Overnight Oats with Fairlife skim or 2% milk
The diet you have listed looks more like a weight loss protocol, especially if you are working out that much
Need to get that appetite up

Change to a 42 gram Fairlife and sneak in a David Protein bar (28 grams) between lunch and dinner. Take out the veggies. That's an extra 40 grams,

Fairlife 42g have always been my favorite but they’re too expensive now.
Over $5 a piece or in bulk $4.25 Amazon and Sam’s 10-pack
Premier 30g $1.58 a piece 15-pack

Increase the chicken.
I do Sola Everything bagel (tons of fiber, lots of protein) with 2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 1 slice of munster cheese. 40 grams
3 chicken breasts for lunch. 55-60
1 premier protein shake at some point- 30 grams.
Dinner- protein and fiber based. Doesn't have to be all that heavy. Easily clears 160.
