Who did we really lose? Some high rated HS kids that didn’t produce on the field? What impact player did we lose to the portal? Parker was a good player but extremely replaceable.

Honestly I don’t care where we’re ranked. All I need to know is that I’m pleased with this portal class.

Rankings should solely be based on who signs with you, just like high school recruiting rankings.

Ok I usually prefer On3 but they are smoking dope on this ranking whether they are taking LSU portal players into account or not. The majority of the ones we lost had no business playing for LSU anyway lol. Guess On3 doesn’t realize that.

Yea it should never take into account who you lost.
If so they should do the same for incoming freshman signees and outgoing seniors

Who cares, you don’t need to be top in the portal every year. You just need to fill positions of need.

Last year’s On3 portal rankings we were 2nd. Indiana was 13th.

Rankings have ZERO effect on anything. Just like pre-season rankings, they are just fodder for discussions among fans and pundits.
