Macomb Co, MI - 239 Illegals Selected for Jury, Though Selected; Some Voting for Years

The LiTeRaLLy uNpOssIbLe becomes possible in Michigan... Again.
For the Tennessee fans: Ask yourself how illegals could be selected to serve on a jury in the first place? Where do they get the names?
The myth of the "Swing State" will be revealed to be just where they were the most creative at hiding the election fraud until they took the numbers in their favor.

This does not happen.
And if it does happen, it’s not a lot.
And if it does happen, it’s not a lot.

They put out a press release saying, "this has happened."
808bass replies: "NuH uh!"

Definitely not enough to change outcomes.

A bunch of people in Michigan prisons are about to petition for new trials.

Okay, it's happening. But, here's why it's a good thing.

I don't know if it is in your case, but a lot of people believe that they pull names from voter registration lists. That isn't true, and I know it to be a fact. The first summons for jury duty I received was prior to my being a registered voter. They pull names from multiple sources: driver's license, voter registration lists, property tax filings/ownership, etc.
Now, no matter how they got there......they shouldn't be allowed to serve on a jury as a noncitizen.

Shall we get into the myriad reasons that it should not be possible for illegal aliens to own property, possess a valid driver's license, or get anything else other than a hearing in front of an immigration court to be deported?

I mean, you can if you want. I'd agree with you, and it isn't much use as it relates to my post.

Would that be automatic grounds for a mistrial?

If an illegal alien finds me guilty of a crime, will that make a good case for an appeal?

Sarcasm my man.

Of course illegals vote.
For anyone that believes they don't, your task is simple. Walk me through how you turn someone away from voting in these no id needed to vote states.

I would think so, hardly a jury of my peers

I got jury duty in Orleans while I was renting. I wasn't paying property taxes directly, and my license was still my address in Baton Rouge. But I registered to vote in New Orleans.
That's how they got me.

This is different for different jurisdictions. But jury summons are not sent to people who are registered for a driver’s license and marked they are not a citizen.
So spin this however you’d like. These people have affirmed at some point that they are citizens.

And if it does happen a lot, it’s good.
And if you’re against it, you’re the problem.

Okay it does happen, but the incidents are isolated.
