7-2

Supreme Court revives Illinois congressman's lawsuit challenging law for late-arriving ballots - CBS News LINK

Has standing to challenge law that allows mail in ballots to be counted up to 14 days past Election Day.

Mind you, there's a similar challenge before SCOTUS by Judicial Watch out if rhe 5th Circuit.

Yep. Pretty dumb.

You count all of your votes and then we will see how many we need to make up. No fraud here.

Third-world nations get their legitimate results same-day.

Yet places like California, Illinois, NY, Minnesota and Oregon want two weeks.

I wonder why....

He was a candidate in the race. Of course he has standing.

Not if "Judge" Jackson had her way. A toad has more business being a judge.

Through my life I have found if there is an opportunity for fraud, there will be fraud. Someone will always be able to talk themselves into committing fraud.

This one would be easy; I had to keep Hitler out of office. Cheating was the right thing to do.

Election Day or 'Election Fortnight'?

Only one of those is backed up in US Code.
