I bought 12 of them from 44 Farms. It was the best deal I could find.

if there’s a grass fed beef guy at your local farmers market or one close by he will have it. The guy at the Hammond market always has it. He also has Picanha (top sirloin cap) which is fantastic for steak frites

Paying close attention. I can't find them anywhere in the city. Whole Foods used to carry them on a regular basis when they first opened, but haven't seen it in a long time.

Lafayette Whole Foods doesn't carry flank either. If you were looking at the cut behind the skirt, that'd be sirloin flap.
