Just. Dry. My. fricking. Clothes.

If I set the timer to 30 mins, don't fricking stop 10 mins in because the "energy efficient dampness sensor" thinks the clothes are dry

And no I don't want to download an app to override this stupid feature

I wish bought a Speed Queen.

frick you LG.

Probably need the platinum subscription to get full dryness. Check the app.

Maybe you shouldn't have bought a dryer that needs an app. Too much tech, keep it simple

Just get a $500 Whirlpool. It does what you want without BS.

On the triangle of dryness, efficiency, and time, these bitches went all in on efficiency, so the tradeoff is time. You are never going to get a quick dry.

Clothespins and twine work wonders in the sun, and they are energy efficient.

My dryer quit spinning and my washer is unbalanced so I called the repairman. He just spun the drum one time and the dryer worked again. That’s the good news. The bad news was it cost a good bit to get the washer fixed. I hope I didn’t get screwed too bad.

At least it plays a beautiful tune at the completion of each drying cycle

My current shitty Whirlpool dryer buries lint into the machine UNDER the lint filter, like an Alabama tick.

I use all these tiny tools and pull out amazing amounts of lint every week so my house doesn’t burn down.

Ridiculous.

My parents had the same dryer for 30 years.

Damn clothes burned me when I put them on.

My dad didnt do shite to combat lint build up in a dryer.

fricks with my head when I’m pulling all that lint out.

Nevertheless, I pray for the day when the goddamn dryer kicks my arse again.

Well, I have SQ, and if you use the regular cycles, it will sometimes stop before your clothes are dry. You have to use the manual timer and temperature for it to guarantee to stay on.

I have speed queen washer and dryer. No idea how they work. That’s what I have a wife for.

Mine plays what I can only imagine is the Korean national anthem when it's done drying.

I'm using the manual mode/settings with my LG and it'll still shut off early. Especially if it's a small load.

I am still using my parents dryer in what was their house.

I have no clue as to its age.
