$1.9M Listing - Zillow

I was looking at houses and ran across this one. Somebody must have inherited some money and thought they were an artist. It gets weirder. Can anybody beat that?

I like it. I love the "colorful" aspect of it.

Beats those minimalist White boxes hands down.

There would be some changes, but the colors would remain.

With some removing and replacing it could look really nice. Tacky made nice.

Imagine the TDS required to have that Trump/Jesus painting in your living room.

There are houses on Zillow Gone Wild that cause me to ask 2 questions and make one declarative statement:

1. What were you thinking?

2. Who else will/would buy this wretched mess? and

3. HELL No; not even if you give it to me!

As someone who is extremely limited in home repair/remodeling skills, the thought, and expense, of undertaking such a project is enough to cause nightmares.

Randomly browsing Zillow one day, just curious to see what the houses in Walden looked like, I came across this incredible 80s Miami style house that hadn't been updated on the inside. Bright carpeting ran right up to the rim of the en-suite jacuzzi. I'll try to find it.

I mean.... its a very specific taste, but not everything has to be an open concept white washed chip and Johanna copy paste.

Not a fan of the teal or pink. If they stuck with the black, white and red, I would like it. It should be mentioned I have zero taste when it comes to decor.

I don't hate it at all. That pink bathroom with the swans is awesome! The owners created a happy place that they enjoy living in and there's nothing wrong with that. It might hurt resale value, but you can't live for resale value.

Those Ashley Longshore paintings are worth more than the average OTers house
