My Finds from the Dallas Gun Show...

I wish that more veterans would chime in. Any help trying to identify these pieces and piece together the past is appreciated.
Not much real awesome finds, but cool non the less.
1943 Officers Guide.
It is signed.

This items speaks for itself. Fourth War Loan Drive – January 18 through February 15, 1944.
Enemy Wedding Day post Card. I picked this up because simply because I enjoy War wedding Day photos. The man in an NCO, but because of the Piano Keys on his shoulders that signifies that he was a Musician. As I have stated I enjoy my sub-categories of Food, Music and Christmas.
This is what I believe to be a voting Ballot. What I have translated as Reichstag for Peace.
Ad from Life magazine. Remember the Letter from Christmas. For some reason Halftrack Anti Aircraft is crossing my life for some reason.
This is a certificate given to a group of Hitler Youth for their efforts in the Winter War relief efforts. This was part of the Winterhilfswerk program. The Winterhilfswerk des Deutschen Volkes (English: Winter Relief of the German People), commonly known by its abbreviated form Winterhilfswerk (WHW), was an annual drive by the National Socialist People's Welfare (German: Nationalsozialistische Volkswohlfahrt) to help finance charitable work. Its slogan was "None shall starve or freeze". The drive was originally set up under the government of Heinrich Brüning in 1931, though Adolf Hitler would later claim sole credit.[1] It ran from 1933 to 1945 during the months of October through March and was designed to provide food, clothing, coal and other items to less fortunate Germans during the inclement months.
More Ration Books.
This is an interesting piece for sure. The Dealer Told me that it came from a grouping of sales from a member of the 101 Airborne. But... This seems to be sheet music I believe, I have not open the frame yet. But my limited reseach so far associated it with the 82nd Airborne in Italy. I believe it may be a handbill instead... But I will report later. I do know that Corporal Lyle Moraine wrote music.
And finally... An Ammo can for the German MG 34/42 Machine gun. Usually there is a strap that the soldier slung around his neck as he carried two at a time...
But what makes this piece special is the Color. Desert Tan = Afrika Korps... That makes it higher in value and more desirable.
