I believe he will only win on appeal if it can be done at the federal level. No one in Minnesota will overturn it.

He won't get an appeal, and I doubt he wants one. He knows he's guilty. He will be out of jail in 8 years if he plays his cards right.

The judge should strike all but the lowest charge, better chance to be upheld on appeal.
