Or is Jordan Howard that much better than Lam Miller over 16? Volume guys, Miller gets work through the air that Howard doesnt see

I didn't own Miller last year but I do remember that Howard got a lot more carries in the 1st half of the season than the last half.

the Bears didn't even lose all that bad to us (Saints) right before their Bye.

after their Bye, they lost 4 in a row I think maybe 5 and it was then that Howard sank down the rankings.

I think he's one of the best between the tackles RBs out there. But like you said, he has little to offer catching the ball. The Bears brought in a few WR's and a TE. I'm buying Howard mainly cause most are off of him. It's not always a good strategy to have but I feel like I've been burned more when I pile on everyone else's takes.

just my opinion, I just don't see Mitch all of a sudden chucking the ball around the yard in his 2nd year. Yeah, he's got more to work with but totally abandoning a young-tough between the tackles RB doesn't make sense to me.

You’ve backed that thought up with nothing but what appears to be just a general gut feeling. There have been no signs that Ware is any kind of threat to Hunt’s workload

Hunt accounted for 67% of the team's rushing attempts in 2017, which marked just the second time since 2000 that Reid has seen a back account for over 65% of the team's rushes. In fact, only 3 of Reid's 18 RB1s during that time saw over 60% of the team's carries.

Add in they released West with Ware as the clear backup. West only had 18 rushes last season, but he caught 27 passes, so he clearly saw some PT, just mostly in 3rd down situations. There’s gonna be snaps for Ware. Not saying he’s gonna be worth starting in fantasy, but he’s gonna be involved

Reid really likes Ware, too. I think he will be trusted on 3rd downs and that will hamper Hunt a little

I think Ware hurts Hunts workload in the sense that it won’t be better than last season, and will probably suffer a little.

Before someone jumps on me, I still like Hunt to have a good season. But I don’t think Hunt will see the same percentage of carries. I expect the Chiefs to run the ball more and Hunt to have the same number of carries, and Ware to get some of the added carries

There's literally 6 RBs on the roster currently who could see a bulk of the production game to game.

- Burkhead
- Michel
- White
- Gillislee
- Hill
- Bolden

67% if you’re counting Alex Smith’s 60 rush attempts, 17 for Tyreek Hill, Kelce Mahomes Albert Wilson etc all had rush attempts. Disingenuous as it doesnt reflect Hunt’s role

Reid has had committees with some so so RBs. He’s also given his studs the bulk on ground and in the air when he had, see LeSean McCoy, see Brian westbrook . We went through this same shite last year when people said the same thing

You don’t realize this is even better news for hunt

I mean he led the league in rushing, caught 45 balls and had nearly 1800 yards from scrimmage last year, I doubt he will do better

1200 yards rushing on the ground and 50 catches is in play

Idiots always parrot to avoid the NE backfield when it’s been very fruitful for fantasy purposes over the last few years. The injury to Michel has made his ADP much more palpable .

give me Burkhead and White all day everyday.

Ill take Michel too if he slips.

Target the shite out of this backfield.

Spencer aware hasn’t come back yet but I see him getting some 1st and 2nd down work when he does

Hunt is a stud with a ton of talent.

hes a 3 down back.

Nothing out there that would not make it so.

Ware is not coming in on any first or second downs unless hes just being a backup.

I would follow the money with Burkhead in this scanerio.

If hes healthy hes in that early back role, with a healthy Michel spelling him in situations.

Not a healthy Michel and you have White coming in who is now slouch himself, dude just caught 6 for 70 and 4 for 31 Thursday, its preseason but something to look at regardless.

Gilly or Hill is gonna be cut.

Bolden is a special teams ace.

Chart and discussions were helpful. In my 12 team PPR league, I had the #5 pick. RBs were drafted with the 1-4 picks so I went Antonio Brown.

When it came back around, I picked D. Cook and then McCaffrey. If they stay healthy, I feel very good about my top two RBs.

Then I picked J. Howard because I had heard someone saying that the Bears offense would be much better this year (new OC?). Hoping that he end up performing better than expected.

My last few picks included G. Bernard, J. Wilkins, and D. Booker. There are a lot of good free agents still available and considering whether to drop one of these guys. I usually like to start with a lot of RBs on my roster since they also get hurt (and backups can suddenly become very valuable).

so.. in conclusion what are you saying I should do? I did one draft already 12 team ppr in the 9 spot.. Got Barkley and Davante Adams.. Long story short, I hated my draft. Question marks all over the place....

Drafting my next draft from the 10 spot. Are you saying I go WR/WR if the top guys are there? Please help because I am lost at this position. Usually Im very confident going into the draft

I can't figure out how McCaffrey and Cook were both on the board with the 20th pick, much less McCaffrey with the 30th.

1st rd: Gurley, Kamara, Bell, Elliot, A. Brown, D. Johnson, A. Rodgers, K. Hunt, Barkley, Gronk, Gordon, Hopkins

2nd rd: M. Thomas, Fournette, Beckham, Kelce, T. Brady, Julio, K. Allen, D. Cook, AJ Green, McCoy, Wentz, Freeman

3rd rd: D. Adams, Jeffery, M. Evans, Brees, McCaffrey

It's the only time I've ever received an A+ draft from CBS and most of it was due to these three rounds.
