A former coworker of mine took his mom to lunch at a steakhouse here in the Jackson area once. Both he and his mom are in the medical field. My friend had the day off and his mom came from work. They refused service because she wasn’t wearing a collared shirt (she was wearing scrubs). That is a much more clear cut case than this one. I say all that just to say that rules should be much more objective than what it seems this place’s rules are.

And I think the worst is seeing grown arse men wearing hats while dining in a restaurant with table service, especially any white table restaurant. If you have a server, take your damn hat off. If you have a white table cloth restaurant, don't even walk in with your hat. There is no excuse for any grown man to not understand this.
Real movers and shakers would never.

She's basically dressed like she's at the beach wearing a bikini tube top with a bottom cover to coverup her fat arse.
That type of outfit would likely be fine at a nice restaraunt in Destin, but at a wannabe nice steakhouse no where near the beach, it's not really appropriate attire.
but i will say she has a point with how their wattresses dress.

What she is wearing would pass at any establishment in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. I'm not sure why she got singled out for what she is wearing but I've seen way worse while dining out at the nicer restaurants in the area. Usually by women who are smaller and younger but still.

He posts that stupid shite every chance he gets, just like that other idiot that always says walk-ons when someone asks for a restaurant rec. Ignore them both.

I have no doubt she had that top pulled down lower at first, and then pulled it up for her "evidence" video.

Undefined and objective dress codes are terrible. A clearly stated policy that everyone knows and must follow is the way to go.
For example, here’s GW Fin’s dress code: We hope our dress policy is comfortable for all. Coats and ties are not required. Slacks, dress jeans, dress shorts with a dress shirt or a Polo style shirt are great. We require that gentlemen wear a collared shirt. T-shirts, cut off shorts, and athletic wear are not permitted. We ask gentlemen to remove their hats in the Dining Room.
There’s no guessing. An employee doesn’t have to tell someone they FEEL that person isn’t dressed appropriately.

Still the best steak in the city.
I think they serve a good steak, but the prices they charge are more in line with prime cuts, and that doesn't sit too well with me.
I do think they serve the best Stone crab claws --- might be the only place to do so when in season?

She had the "Race Card" ready. The "Sexist" card would not have been valid in this instance.

Women walks into restaurant with a top that is easily pulled down to reveal the majority of her breast and does so. Manager says inappropriate and ask her to cover up. Women goes outside, pulls up top and begins filming it. Race card get pulled. Extorts the restaurant for $$ and profits.
Wonder if they have video of her entering.
