I had an angry gay woman heckle me so badly that I just left once. Floored the gas pedal of the golf cart, and a box of brand new balls slid right off onto the ground. Didn't even turn back around to get it.

To be fair, the cart girls were afraid of her, too (for different reasons, I reckon).

ETA LsuFan4444 FYI on the free balls.

My brother would go out an night with his delinquent friends and throw the flags in the ponds.

I’ve reached a conclusion: you are a self-centered a-hole, just like your father and his father before him. Don’t procreate.

Not proudly, I hit into a group ahead of us once that pissed us off. Cut the course from the hole behind us to the hole we were about to be on when the course had 2 or 3 groups on each hole. Then mouthed off after we said something to them. We were all on the same tee box waiting for the group ahead of us to go.

After that incident and some reflecting, I decided to never do it again. Nothing would make your life more upside down than to kill someone in a moment of frustration. Go from enjoying a round of golf to having a death on your conscience and possibly involuntary manslaughter charges.

If you're in a rush, golf isn't the sport I'd recommend to you. Slow play is annoying, but nothing to get aggressive about. If you're that concerned about it, call the pro shop and have their marshal do something about it. If they don't, stop playing that course.

There’s a lot of self righteous folks on here. I’ve applied some pressure by hitting a little earlier than i would have. Out of range but close enough for them to see the ball roll about 20 yards from them. The best form of action is to just drive up and tell them they’re playing a bit slow and if they would mind you playing through. But, your story imo has two azzholes. Both of which should be asked to leave the course. You and the group in front of you.

I wasn't really against you until you ended your post with "Complete bullshite" You acknowledged that you were being a drunk a-hole, then got into a heated argument with the staff and you still think it's bullshite that they made you leave?

We, a foursome, got hit into Saturday. It was slow as shite, but there were two 5 somes ahead of us that were glacial. At some point, the course in front of them was entirely open. No marshal. Pretty disappointing. We drove in for a beer after playing 15.

Lol if you come take my golf ball that rolls 20 yards behind you your round would be over the moment you did. I get you’re being cheeky but i don’t recommend trying that.

If it's another group holding me up I'm swinging around and running your ball over with the cart.. hit it any closer I'll kindly be sending it back to you..

Lol I’d like to think most people know or understand if the group in front of them is waiting on shots and it’s out of their control. I don’t have any to much sympathy at all for groups who hold up an entire course. Imo it’s one of the most disrespectful things you can do in golf. You’re not just doing this to the people behind you but every group behind you. I don’t recommend hitting into a group cause you can actually hurt someone but I don’t have any respect for players who hold up an entire course nor let groups play through.

I was asked to tuck in my shirt when I had just arrived, walking toward the clubhouse at the Cardinal here in Greensboro.

Kind of surprised me and kinda pissed me off. I hadn't even walked inside yet. I should've told the guy to eff off... lol
