Chambliss is going into the draft. He’d be crazy not to.

I always find it funny with comments/tweets like these....Chambliss should go pro. The QB draft is weak this year, he would be best suited to go pro rather than to come back for another season.
They will look back in a few seasons when they are back to irrelevance and say they mishandled the situations when they were winning. LMFAO

There’s no cap, but there’s also no infinite pile of money. It’s likely every program has X amount of dollars allocated to NIL/recruiting.

You see in his text what this is all about for Ole Miss “narrative.”

probably the NCAA since it doesn't quite work that way anymore
If you want real, use the IRS. If a buisness isn’t willing to put the expense paid to a player for NIL on their tax return as a legit marketing expense , it isn’t legit.

good god, he's such a self-absorbed douche... just the physical embodiment of narcissistic personality disorder....

Who cares? Stay there, Lane will get LSU players and beat that arse next year.

Ole Miss has no superstars outside of chambliss and lacy and neither will produce the way they did without Weiss or Kiffin.
Posted on 1/9/26 at 10:02 am to tigerskin
Bowers also said Kiffin wasn't leaving so what the frick does it matter what he says

It would have been really good if Georgia had won that game. Then we are looking at a different scenario with a handful of stars.

Most of their major contributors are seniors + Lacy (we all know about that). Getting Deuce Alexander to stay was a big win for them. But I can see some of the young talent hitting the portal. Namely Cunningham and Watkins.
Big test for them will also be keeping the offensive line intact (though them retaining the o-line coach should help there).

One thing is for sure I will never buy from a Bowers dealership here lol

Kiffin really posted the Bentley that he bought from this snake piece of shite and gave him free advertisement, only for him to turn around and drag Lane through the mud publicly? The moral delusion on their end is awesome. I’m going to love seeing them regress to the Houston Nutt days

His dealerships suck too... Most incompetent service department I've ever dealt with is at his place on Airline.
Posted on 1/9/26 at 10:18 am to tigerskin
Because he was right on everything Lane Train.....
He comes off as a jock clinger with enough money to think he's influential, maybe he is, but seems as if the actual people in the game disregard him.
Just my thoughts on the optics.

Maybe not, but if Chambliss’ waiver gets denied late in portal period or he goes pro then they may have $$ promised to him they can’t spend and/or $$ but no good replacement qb to transfer in.

Chambliss goes pro
They keep Lacy good for them
Who would we want after that
I am sure there are plenty we would take but is there anybody program changing?
