That immature arse was on the sidelines acting like a clown. During the oline coaching sessions he was laughing and cutting up. His arse should not have been allowed to travel. This is definitely addition by subtraction.
I heard that he was chewing gum in class too!
Some of you figs are such figs.
You better get on your knees and pray for deliverance from this bad evil.

Last night. I was three rows up from the oline. He knew he wasn’t getting in the game and was distracting the other guys, mainly curne with some elementary bull shite. After the berry fumble he was laughing his arse off.

No it won't. Everybody thst comes in the portal has a chance to start at LSU. This might be the only time that's possible.

I've been worried about so many OL leaving, but after watching a Matt Moscona show last week, I'm more at ease. My simplified version of his 25 min podcast:
The OL underperformed this season. However much NIL was invested in the OL, it did not match the performance. The OL who are declaring for the transfer portal are doing so because:
1. They've been told to find a spot w/ another team.
2. They've been told to expect a drop in their NIL for next season.
3. They're trying to get more NIL from a different team.
Moscona describes building a college roster as being akin to building an NFL roster. If we're going to invest NIL money in OL to upgrade, some of that money may come from OL that were overvalued in the '25 season. From the current roster, I just counted 10 guys who are returning thus far (not including Moore). Five have declared for the portal. Thompson is out of eligibility. We signed 2 in the early period. So far we're down net of 4 guys. I think we invest big in the portal and get 4-5 OL. Numbers wise, that would put us pretty close to where we were this year (as long as we don't lose a lot more).

1. To expect them all or at least 80% of them to hit is pretty crazy.
2. Their backups are immediately guys we thought couldn't play this year at all. Just think on that.
Keeping guys like Adams, Curne, Echols, should have been more of a priority. However what is done is done. I know it'll get worked out over time, but next year I expect problems.

It still makes sense to invest in keeping some of the younger guys on the OL roster like Ory Williams, Solomon Thomas, Tyler Miller and Brett Bordelon because we need depth with some upside and none of them is likely to be as expensive as players with a similar or higher ceiling from the portal.

My point of view: our entire offensive line could leave, and I would not care. They were absolutely horrendous. Freshman to senior, if you couldn’t start on this offensive line then you’ll never be SEC caliber. Wish them well.

Curne has a mean streak and he was a freshman playing out of position. You keep those 3.
ever occur to you that he wants to play tackle.......and they told him he was a guard? Perkins wanted to play inside LB too.....they trying to put themselves in the best position to make $$$$ down the line....but they aren't cut out for the positions they want...imo

it won't be any worse than it was this year, it isn't possible. Teams could rush 3 and still the QB wouldn't even get 2 seconds.

OL was a disaster that prevented a quality team from winning more than 7 games.
I'm not sure what point you are making. If it's like this year, it's a historically huge problem.

BK and BD missed evaluation

To anyone worried about all these Olinemen leaving. I'll just leave this here. We had 9 offensive linemen play at least 150 snaps this season. In the SEC there were 112 offensive linemen who played at least 150 snaps this season.
Here are how our guys graded out among the 112 offensive linemen in the SEC who played at least 150 snaps this season; keep in mind the median player would be ranked #56 in this list of all SEC linemen.
#16 Moore (very good)
#58 Thompson (just below the median SEC OL)
#82 Curne
#86 Echols
#93 Williams
#94 Adams
#98 Mubenga
#106 Chester
#108 Davis
Thats 7 of our 9 players in the bottom 25% of SEC OLinemen this season. 2 guys in the bottom FIVE percent of SEC Olinemen.
Throw a bone to Curne being a true freshman, throw a smaller bone to Echols, Williams, Davis for being redshirt freshmen (2nd year players) although Davis was truly awful...but Adams, Mubenga and Chester to be 3rd year players and be THAT bad is truly pathetic. I had much better hope for Adams but man he just wasnt it this year at LT, maybe he's just not a LT but I pretty much knew going into this season Chester and Mubenga couldnt play at this level wherever you put them anyways. Those 2 truly just lack the talent/ability to play in the SEC.
I mean the best 2 players on this OL by far were transfers. We should have gotten more than 2 of them to minimize Brad Davis' crappy talent evaluation/development. Bo Bordelon barely got to play on this awful OL and he's a 4th year player. I man if he cant play on this OL why is he here still? Just becaus ehe's a legacy and his 3-star brother is now here?

Haven’t heard Weston Davis mentioned. In my opinion, he probably played worse than the others who entered

He was quite literally the lowest graded offensive linemen on our team this season (my above post). A little bone thrown for being his first year really playing as a rs FR maybe, but it truly looked like an ability problem to me more than anything. Crazy for a guy who was labeled such an "athlete" coming here and was a 5-star on on3. He never played football until his sophomore year of high school so you could argue he just doesnt really know what he's doing out there only being developed a few years in high school and 2 years here under Brad Davis though too.

I think Thunderbird laid it out pretty well, but he is only discussing in relation to our own conference. Moore came from outside of the conference.
Consider taking just one lineman in the top 10 highest graded from the other power conferences and offering $1 M
I think it becomes a lot more clear how this can change things quickly. Now, throw in the Group of 5. You can probably get real picky about who you want. Texas Tech did it. LSU can too.
