I think you'll see a split backfield like Kiffin's early Ole Miss teams, which is fine.
In 2021 for instance
Ealy -165 touches
Conner- 144 touches
Parish- 131 touches

Def will but im big on berry being a great back in this offense. Rather have him over lacy in 2026

I can see why Lane signed him. His top end speed isn't a beast or anything, but he's elite in very small spaces. Look how he makes people miss, & notice his power for how small he is. I think this guy will produce.

Lets geaux. Diamonds are found in the rough.

It just shows you how shallow the rb room was.

Berry and Durham will be the bellcow(s).
I like the other guys they brought in. Jones and Gage seem to be violent runners with some scoot. Guillory and Gainey are projects.
Durham is the pawpaw of the group, and he's really not all that experienced either. The rest are practically puppies.

Which one is the Wisconsin RB? I forget his name but I was impressed with his highlights.. Wouldn't be surprised at all if he emerges to the top of the depth chart

Looks like a good back for 3rd and short. Shifty. Looks good around the los.

I know I’m in the minority and I’m a big fan of Berry, but I just can’t understand anyone saying they’d rather Berry over the top rb in the SEC last year, and one of the top in the country. He proved he’s a work horse that can handle a lot of carries, secures the ball, and even with a ton of carries and going deep in the playoffs playing top teams he still averaged more YPC then Berry. KL is proven, we know what he can do. Berry is going off potential. Now, I’m very happy with our rb room and very happy to get Durham back. He had as much hype or even more after his freshman year than Berry has gotten after this season. So I wouldn’t sleep on him being Rb1 if healthy. He has better ball security, better in blitz pick up, and has more experience. Either way, it’s a good problem to have. We went from a paper thin rb room last year to quality depth this year.

I think Lane is around 6’3” which makes this RB look 5’8 at best. Probably about right, his UCF page says 5’11 which is what schools say for anyone taller than 5’6 and less than 6’
Lane is 6’3”… RB is 5’10”, 200lbs. Very physical back

Looks like from Haydel’s Bakery. They come in those nice sturdy boxes.
