If he’s been cagey about signing after 2 days and staying for part of another, then it makes perfect sense. Turning up the heat and raising the stakes. If this is in the wind, then Leavitt suddenly doesn’t hold all the cards.

The legal ramifications will depend on several factors.
Have they paid him anything based on it yet?
Does it have a buyout requirement or block him from other teams?
Can those contracts. Enforced beyond NCAA rules such as a student’s right to enter the portal?
Was there any language for terminating the contract? Was it more than a year?
Realistically, it may be hard to enforce the contract.

Yea he his think about it he’s hurt his value is not of someone that can play at a high level like demond Williams can because he has no limits as of SL where you really don’t know what you will get after injury and SL’s agent knows it SL’s value cannot be as high as someone in the portal that is not hurt ala drew brees ! Your Taking a chance !

Lol well that’s just not true. Legally binding contracts are still enforced. How they are enforced is something that no one on here knows because they don’t know the terms of the contract.

Miami has already defeated one of those B10 member contracts. Williams can leave. There's nothing to legally stop him from leaving.
