Nuss is gonna have to make huge strides to take the #1 spot. Dropping back and throwing it to the deep WR every play isn't gonna win him a starting job.

Nuss/Brennan debate for the next 8 months? Can Brennan hold Nuss off the whole year? Nuss could make the jump in year 2. Brennan is QB1 but that could change quicker than later per Jordy.

"The writing is on the wall. Nuss saving his redshirt year means he is transferring."

Ojulari, Gaye, Smith, Roy, Guillory, Wiggins, Wingo, and others… should have a badass D line next year

Is he? Or is it the rant talking out of their arse, deciding they hated Nuss because he didn't want to play in the meaningless bowl game?

I got in an argument with jordy and mcgrubber in the chat that made it on air last year cuz he was so far up Max Johnson arse cuz of the it factor and I was spitting out Brennan stats. I wouldn't put too much into his determination of it factor.

Who is John Rutledge? Why does he not even have a profile on 247?

Rutledge gears up for in-home visit with LSU

quote:
With a strong track resume in hand, Rutledge has interest from a number of college programs. But even after hauling in 49 passes for 766 yards and 10 touchdowns this past season, Rutledge wasn't sure whether or not he would land any college football scholarships.
LSU reached out to Rutledge through assistant coach Brian Polian, who is the program's new Special Teams Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator under head coach Brian Kelly. Polian told Rutledge that the staff had seen his film and were interested.
"I had caught up with Coach Polian after he texted me the night before (the offer), and we talked a little on phone that night. The next day he reached out and told me to call him, and he offered me right then. I was definitely shocked, and excited. It really surprised me."
With an impressive senior season in the books, and Rutledge recently setting a personal record with a 21.47 200-meter dash (which ranks No. 1 in the United States for the indoor event this season), the Tigers had seen enough to make the move on the Lone Star State sleeper prospect.
Now, Rutledge is set to take the next step in his football recruitment with an in-home visit from LSU's staff on Tuesday evening.
"Coach Polian is set to come by tonight, and I'm sure we will hang out and talk and eat some dinner. We had already talked a little bit about a visit to LSU, and he had brought up that last weekend of January (before National Signing Day). I'm sure we will talk about all that tonight."
With Rutledge balancing academics and track season, tossing a football recruitment with Signing Day on the first Wednesday in February into the mix has the Highland Park senior juggling a number of avenues as he mulls over his options.

Who is better wide receiver Douglass out of TX or wide receiver john Rutledge? Both are speedy receivers. Douglass is 5ft 3 inch just got offered a scholarship by cortez hankton and he scheduled a visit this week to visit LSU campus and talk ball with coaches

Someone tell coach that he ain't at Notre Dame anymore. He doesn't need to sign small white kids.

Wtf sage is in the portal? Wtf? Is he not a fan of new defense?

Jordy throated Max Johnson all off-season last year too before Brennan's injury. It just seems he doesn't like Brennan much as a player

-Asked about targeting a TE in the portal and there's just not any in there right now. Current staff doesn't like any portal options at this time. Look for them to sign Danny Lewis in the recruiting class.
Haven't heard much about this dude in the portal. We offered when he was in HS, but yea, different recruiters. Still would fill a position of need with a quality TE. Michael Trigg, 4* USC TE transfer with 3 years of eligibity left.
