Do you think that in 2021 that Orgeron will go 0-8 in the SEC with this roster and the 2020 recruiting class?

BabyTac vs Shitty Posters

Very Similar Circumstances
Will Tac wise up, or continue to rack up Downvotes?

This.

I started a similar thread this offseason. But WTF cares about that right now??

Just enjoy the ride baw, especially if you think this may not be sustainable. If we don’t make it this way again for a while, shouldn’t we just soak up all the good vibes we can?

I thought this was a "fight to the death" thread.

I'll see myself out.

I get the point you're making, but with Joe it's more about processing what he sees pre and post-snap, being good moving around in the pocket to buy time, and delivering.

Cam was much more based on his pure athleticism and ability to run around and over people. Not at all a knock on Cam, just that he could bail on a play and make something happen (which is harder to replicate for his successor) than a QB that can make things happen thru execution and athleticism.

If LSU starts QBs moving forward who can process and beat people with athleticism, they'll be fine (as will Coach O).

Did Chizick recruit like Orgeron? I don’t really know but it seems like Orgeron is laying a foundation for continued success beyond a once in a decade QB talent.

This is the key. We are seeing a rare time when a lot of stars have aligned. But I actually think in a year or two, we may have more talent than this year. The difference will be if they can come together as a team and continue to move forward.

Come mierda.

The above is an affirmative informal (tú) command written in Spanish. The first word is a verb and has two syllables. The second word is a noun and the direct object of the transitive verb.

It's not just Chizik - the same thing happened with Jimbo.

Won a national title with Winston, and once he left, it was back to 3 loss seasons. And that was in the ACC.

And Jimbo was pulling in top 5 classes at the time.

I had this thought too and Kirby stated the points you posted. I then thought about Meathead Mles and realized that he coasted with good recruting and good asst coaches. Ed O can do the same and better than Miles, so the only fear is that LSU goes back to just winning 10 games a year which most teams would give their proverbial left nuts for.

I don't think that LSU fans would tolerate another 8 years of Outback and Citrus bowls.

Especially after this year and how well we're recruiting.

If Coach O can get the High School coaches in Louisiana on his side, and it appears he has, he will be able to consistently recruit the core of his recruiting classes from Louisiana each year. If he can pull that off he has a big advantage. I think that Coach O has a far greater connection with Louisiana coaches and high school players than any LSU coach in recent memory. He’s a players coach. He’s a coaches coach. That makes O different. The man truly cares about his players and that comes through when he recruits. Football players want to play for tough coaches who are fair. That is Coach O.
