Makes jo sense to me to come back just in case the team makes it to the championship game for a chance to possibly play in it.

That may have been the original situation but there has to be a change for him to come back.

Why wouldn't he just prep for a chance at the combine or pro day instead of dealing with all that.

If that were the case, it would sound like he is one heck of a team player. Maybe he thinks the team will perform better with him at the practices. Maybe he also thinks his own personal training will be better going against his teammates rather than working out alone.

If the reason he left were smoking weed, then he wont be back long because obviously the incentive of not having to leave the team or sit out games wasnt enough to stay clean. I'm sure just being allowed to practice just in case the team makes the championship isnt going to change anything.

Sorry but taking a chance of possibly injuring myself just to practice doesnt sound like a good plan, a deal was made if I had to guess that would allow him on the field sooner rather than hoping they get to the championship for him to possibly be on the field

Right or wrong the story is he got a 6 game suspension prior to Bama.
Well if we got that story from the Rant at least we know it’s not true.

Culotta claims a lot of things. Like the Joe Brady contract, etc.

I like the dude. But, I'll need more than "Culotta claims..."

Culotta’s source is Ed Orgeron’s right hand man. It’s better than what most people call a source.

He only reports what he is told. Just because it doesn’t happen doesn’t mean that’s not why he was told.

Does Woodward have an argument that according to the CFP is not a NCAA sanctioned event and he should be able to play in the 1st round of the playoffs?
I believe the CFB IS a NCAA sanctioned event.

NOTE: NCAA will test for recreational drugs before bowl games and playoff games. During the regular season they only test performance enhancing and the school policy applies. They test for everything, non-random, in playoffs.

With weeks to go THIS is where our compliance dept could HELP. Issue warnings, educate them, have no-penalty voluntary tests, etc. It's time to start thinking about getting clean for round 1.

It fits if the terms O put down ran through the end of the year before he could return.

There’s simply no reason to test for non performance enhancing substances until postseason preparation

Just have a team vote and get all hands on deck. This is a football team not a seminary.

Well if its true he would not be eligible to play until the national championship game and only came back AFTER we beat Alabama, I am not so sure he is being a team player rather than just wanting to play in the championship game.

If he had the option to stay on and practice with the team before the Bama game and chose not to, I dont know if I would say he was a heck of a team player.

But in fairness to him, I have no personal knowledge what the circumstances are of him leaving the team.

So a reporter is reporting that another reporter (?) claims that Divinity is out for another 45 days. Got it.

When Divinity starts getting reps with the 1s or 2s you'll know he's about to start. Other than that, everything is hearsay.
