Yeah I’d like to know whoever thought bringing in guys from places like Marshall and Syracuse was thinking

You say this and don't mention the player from Southeastern. Why?

Honestly not comparable. BK was trying to change a culture. With Harris, the culture had already been established.

Has the culture been established if there are currently two guys who are mysteriously unavailable?

Says a lot about these two that they are both unavailable despite the injuries and severe need for them right now.

My guess is that BKs requirements aren’t that extreme. He knows he’s not coaching choir boys.

If Harris and Chestnut know what’s required and still can’t do it, that’s on them not Kelly.

He was ACC All Conference.

How is that quality of play against Clemson, UNC, FSU, Miami et all amount to not being able to play effectively in the SEC?

1. There aren’t that many in the portal that you can grab

We need to quit using the portal other than for backups and a few starters at best going forward. You cant base your whole fricking defensive backfield on this. To top it off most of the guys they got were avg at best and from non traditional football school. I dont see many top 10 schools with starting lineups made of transfers. Time to start spending on recruiting no reason to be near the bottom in the SEC in SEC recruit spending.

Well if you actually listens to BK he says this. He doesn’t want to build the team around the portal but when he arrives he only had 39 players. So what choice did he have.

Not all freshmen are ready to play day 1.

Would Saban bench them? No.

That’s bullshite. They struggled finding a 2nd CB all last season and Ricks was suspended for half of it and played off and on when he got out of the doghouse.

Man, I guess not. Probably should give up on it and let the players run things.

We’re talking about one position group on the team, and specifically, two guys from the portal. This isn’t happening all over the roster. It hasn’t happened with a bunch of players who have been here. It hasn’t even affected all of the portal guys. Sam and Alexander have worked through struggles and actually improved.

Yep. It just really sucks that both these guys play the position we are weakest and thinnest at.

We could really use them if they for their issues fixed.

There’s so many I Forgot about that one. My point was bringing in guys who couldn’t cut it at these smaller programs was a dumb move.

So, are they on the team or not? This “inactive” bull$hit as if we’re managing a 53-man roster…
If they are in the team and healthy, they should be available to play. If not, say they are suspended for disciplinary reasons or cut them…

Oh I definitely agree that’s it’s a player problem. I guess I was just saying a couple of major reasons people said Coach O and Miles had culture problems was because of how players would be unexpectedly suspended as well as how much they promoted the NFLSU mindset. Well this year there have been several time where a player has been unavailable and no one knew until game time or after the game and just today I saw LSU Football post a video about NFLSU. I guess it’s just annoying people playing both sides, some kids are just tough to deal with.

Not quite. He’s 5’10” from Syracuse. That’s not SEC caliber. The CB room and how it has been mismanaged is entirely on BK. People need to stop making excuses for that. We’re two

Dude, you are an idiot on every board.

Do you know how many 5'10 5-'11 corners they have in big boy college football.

Denver Harris

Is just like Kayshon Boutte causing division amongst the team last year.

Kayshon did not like Jayden last year, made it known, and talked shite and alienated him. Wanted Nuss to start.

Not a coincidence JD got better mid season when Boutte stopped.

Harris is cut from the same cloth. Bad fricking attitude. Like doesn’t get it bad attitude. Like the kid in school that keeps getting suspended and doesn’t care.

No saving him. Go check his Twitter likes recently.
