I mean how many times has Aranda been sought after by many teams and yet he hasn’t left YET. LSU is the best college to be a coach at. I doubt Brady will leave LSU without having experience as an OC. Once he has 2-3 years of success and the top offense in the country consistently. Brady will have better opportunities then an OC.

lol Brady won’t be here in 4yrs
Why? Cause Brady doesn't want to become an OC and subsequently the head football coach at LSU?

Cause you’re thinking like a fan
You’re the same guy that doesn’t understand why every recruit doesn’t want to come to LSU!!!11

Money. I think the average OC in the nfl is around 1 mil. Based on Arandas contract its feasible Brady could double that pretty soon.

This can't be the answer. It makes far too much sense for a tiger fan.

I would say this, his stock may never be higher the rest of his coaching life. Hard act to follow.

He’s going to make about $1.5 to work what’s effectively an internship learning from a very experienced coach on how to be an OC.
And when that coach likely retires in the near future, he’ll get handed the keys to one of the premier jobs working for a HC he already has an excellent relationship with.

quote:agreed. If I were a prospective employer of his Brady’s- I’d want to see how he does as an actual coordinator without an all world Qb.
Two, I want to see how he does next year without Burrow and after SEC coaches have more time to figure out his scheme. I think that will be the most telling of how good he is.

If he maintains this type of offense for a couple more years he will be a head coach at a major college making millions soon.

He’s the guy. Whatever role Ensminger has going forward is in name only as thanks for what Ensminger has done.
Meanwhile, he will pretty immediately be given opportunities for more than 1.5. To keep Brady LSUnis going to have to pay him a lot more...and show him a path to being head coach here in the reasonably near future.
All of this assumes that Brady is able to reproduce the offensive production (to some close degree) that he did this year.

Would be hard for him to pass up the Ravens if offered, would only need to get another big time receiver to complete the perfect team for his system.
