I don't think he plays a down, I think we should hold him for the redshirt unless something happens to Burrow. When it is officially a blow out let Sale play some.

He really should not play at all, unless they are still sorting out who the starter will be (which I doubt).

None for this game. He should only be used for if Burrow gets banged up or needs to come out of the game for any reason.

I would not put him in all year unless burrow goes down. He can play 4 games now and redshirt, save those 4 games for if you need him and get that extra year

I would only give him mop-up duty. We need burrow in top form and he needs all the reps he can get for Auburn.

If the coaches were not worried about Burrow getting hurt vs Miami's pass rush, then why would any of you think they will vs SLE? In fact, hate to break it to you but coaches don't worry about possible injuries.
Burrow is our quarterback and he needs to play as much as possible. Brennan is our REDSHIRT quarterback and he needs to focus on his post-game meal from Sonic and Dominos.

I think Joe Burrow should play the bulk of this game, along with first team receivers and TEs. Need some practice completing long, med and short passes. Won’t get that if MB is playing a lot. JB is the starter - getting that rhythm in gear is essential for AU the next up.

But what if we were to put Brennan in against the lions and he gets injured. Then in the Auburn game Joe gets injured. Anyone think of that ? Do you people know what happened to Boobi Miles when he went in for Mop up duty ?

None, the redshirt is a real option. He can get all the mop up duty and shite next year as a RS Sophomore.

None really. I want Burrow as comfortable with everything involving our offense as he can be. Maybe 6-8 mins of mop up duty, but honestly I’d rather spend the second half on him working on things we feel need more reps.
