Pay someone to knock Nuss out and MVB gets to play. FAFO....

Yeah I don’t blame this one on Nuss
He played well enough to win.
19/28 for 225 yards, 2 TD’s and no turnovers is acceptable: the numbers are not impressive but they’re not why we lost
Our defenses inability to stop Pavia is why we lost. The guy had over 80 yards on the ground and 2 TD’s! It was totally obvious that he was going to run too.
Perkins was inept too

Misey 94 I lived through Curly, 1965 forward and Curly was worse.

I’ve been a BK supporter and felt he was a great hire, having said that I’ve been very disappointed in his assistant coaching hires.Keeping Sloan was a huge mistake and Baker can’t stop a running QB.I will be surprised if LSU can stop A@Ms or Ark and Ala QBs.Ive been a TIGER FAN FOR 62 years unless BK beats T A@M next Sat Baton Rouge is going to show him the how ugly it can and will get.

I’ve said a whole lot worse in the last hour so I think you’re ok

Far, far worse. Admitting this and also saying BK isn’t getting it done right now can both very easily be true.

The crazy arse buyouts handcuff us into mediocrity..
Everyone is getting these right now. Cignetti just got a big new fully-guaranteed deal. If you are paying any established, quality P4 head coach to move, it’s going to be 7+ years and at least 2/3 guaranteed, at minimum. If you want value, you’re coordinator shopping or hoping for a G5 guy to not be the next Napier. If you think that’s not a total crap shoot, talk to UF, VA Tech (Fuente), Texas (and almost us- Herman) and Nebraska (Frost) fans. Two of those looked sure-fire and were awful.
Until rev share eventually changes things toward the players being payed more than coaches, this is what it will take to secure a hire over another school that also has the money to hold onto a coach in a stable situation.
BK is going to become a cautionary tale for P4 coaches getting money waved at them to go to the SEC. In hindsight, he definitely should have stayed at ND. And other coaches will probably turn down money to make a move in the future thinking about him and how Riley has also worked out so far in a much easier job, schedule wise.
If we make a move- expect another big fricking buyout to cover putting up with SEC expectations and this fanbase. It is what it is.

You’re an idiot if you still have any shred of faith in BK. He’s a hack and a fraud who deserves to be run out of the state for how he’s embarrassed us over the last 4 seasons.

Send the Yankee bastard back north and get a real coach!

Exactly. We couldn't stop Trinidad Chambliss either. This is NOT an "elite defense" (I don't know how that myth arose). Anytime we've played a team with a pulse on offense the D folds up like a cheap tent.

TRAPPED IN MEDIOCRITY

Nuss will make almost $4 million this year. Perkins, others not as much, but still a lot. Working to improve your stock for the NFL is no longer necessary. Having heart for your school went away a long time ago. BK has no clue how to coach in this environment. I would not either.

This team just isn't good
That's just not true. They may not be good enough for the schedule they have, but they are still good. Maybe not what we want, certainly not great, but still good..

Certainly not fairweather fans like you, but I doubt you ever go to games. If I'm home, I'll be there.

Yeah, HP7 over running everything was hopefully not designed.

overrated by large margin. Vandy is that good this year too!

Maybe to the Bahamas Bowl to get something good out of what will be a miserable December watching other teams who did all of the work and earned their invitations . . .
