Our AD's intransigence probably cost us an SEC Tourney title or 2 and certainly a couple possible deep runs in March. I mean our elite 2019 squad made the Sweet 16 with TONY BENFORD leading them, TONY BENFORD!!!

LSU just spent about the same amount of money on the left tackle position for one year.

All it would take is TAF throwing an extra $1 million at baseball out of the $28.8 million Not Related to Specific Teams Contributions table and abra kadabra, baseball is profitable.. They also don't get credited with any of the $27 million from the "Revenue Not Related to Specific Teams" Media Rights table.
Got that # from this table:
Contributions: Input contributions provided and used by athletics in the reporting year
including:
· Amounts received from individuals, corporations, associations, foundations,
clubs or other organizations designated for the operations of the athletics
program.
· Funds contributed by outside contributors for the payment of debt service,
lease payments or rental fee expenses for athletic facilities in the reporting
year.
· Amounts received above face value for tickets.

Well his current team has a NET ranking of 27. They had a losing record last year.
HIs old team is still reaping the benefits he gave them and has a NET ranking of 55.
LSU meanwhile is at 60.

This notion that LSU can't hire someone better than Wade and that we have to get on our knees and beg him to come back is so fricking stupid. Wade's a good coach, but there are plenty of coaches as good and better than him that LSU could pursue.
