The man won more games over all from 2005 to 2015 then any other SEC program, he walks around with the national championship ring from LSU on his finger, he was paid millions and millions by two different power five conference schools, and he is still receiving $133,000 a month from LSU, but you feel sorry for him.

You have to be trolling us! lol

I love les miles.

My God, you are a pathetic and miserable motherfricker. Miles commented on his goals in life as a child:
quote:

“I don’t know that anybody ever doesn’t dream at one point in time, ‘I’m going to be in a movie,’ ” Miles said, explaining his acting fascination. “I don’t know how you don’t think that way. As a child, I wanted to be the president of the United States, wanted to be a head football coach and wanted to be an actor in a movie. We only get one go-around at this thing called life. There’s no do-overs.”

So he wanted to be President, an actor, and/or a head football coach.

He achieved one of the 3 on that list. How'd he do?

overall record 141–55
at LSU 114–34

Championships
1 National
2 SEC
3 SEC Western Division

Liberty Mutual Coach of the Year
Home Depot Coach of the Year
Associated Press College Football Coach of the Year
AFCA FBS Coach of the Year
Walter Camp Coach of the Year

Retired at 60 with millions in the bank, millions still coming in, completely healthy and active still, and now tinkering around pursuing things he'd still like to do outside of football.

Tell us, Space Cowboy, what were your dreams as a child- what were you going to grow up to be?

Have you become one of those, and have you achieved anywhere near the success in that field that Miles has in his? I can freely admit, I haven't come close to his success in life.

I don't care if it was time for him to go or not, there's not a man among us who can say he wouldn't be proud and satisfied with that level of accomplishment.

Space Cowboy isn't even worth responding to anymore.

When Orgeron eventually gets fired, he'll just post a barely coherent tirade about how Les ruined LSU football and made it impossible for any coach to succeed.

Pfft, that's nothing.

Got some of O's awards here, had to dig for some of them.

Worst coach Ever at Ole Miss Award
Best Cookie Monster Impersonator Award
Best Carl from Sling Blade Impersonator Award
Best Gumbo with Tomatoes Award
Worst Order from Raising Cane's Award
Worst loss in modern LSU history Award
Hanging coaches and players out to dry Award
Biggest choke job by losing a recruit that's been in LSU's boat for 3 years Award
Only coach in the SEC to twice fire his OC in year one Award.

Quite the trophy case for O.

He should have no problems.

He was acting the last, what 7 years or so as a head coach, right?

The idiots are easy to spot in this thread.

Amazing how they are threatened by a 64 year old retiree.
I guess it's sunk in Zero will never even approach Miles' accomplishments, much less pass them.
The football program regresses the farther we move from his tenure.
