I doubt Wade would come back here. You need to remember, for the North Carolina schools in the ACC, if basketball is good then that program is king. Football is just a way to pass time until the next basketball season, and make some money for the athletic department.
That means Wade is in a place where he becomes the biggest coach on campus, if he delivers.
That would never happen at LSU, or anywhere in the SEC outside of Kentucky.

Hey scoob, axe shaggy what the financial outlook is for NC state compared to LSU after the tv contracts expire in the next few years.

Not having 2 starters avg almost 20ppg each is not an excuse. Great win for Wade but put it in perspective after coming off a loss to Miami. Take Wades 2 highest scorers off his team and let’s see how he does. Texas Tech lost Toppin to injury with 6 minutes left last night and lost to Arizona State. Yes injuries matter.
