yeah, it is meaningless
Bowl game wins aren't important anymore. Development of new players is the prime reason to even have them anymore.

9 months means no fall camp or nothing...just back at the beginning of Sept. That's not good.

Not arguing whether he could play, I'm just saying there are injuries that would absolutely do harm for next year.

This is silly. He is playing and he should play.

I personally would not have any issues with him not playing. His OL is not playing, NOTHING good can come from this game. Best case we win and he puts up 250 yards....so what. Worst case, the make shift OL can't protect a statue of a QB and he is hurt for next year. We have a back up QB, that is mobile, let him along with all the other parts that are instant starters due to people not playing showcase what they have. This an exhibition game, both teams will be shells of the teams that played this year.

Let's figure out what we really have in our current backups, so we can look to the spring portal for upgrades.

These bowl games should be a “futures” type game of just freshman and sophomore.

As with most college football fans...you could not be more wrong.

They should be played week 0 and week 1.

Your 2 starting tackles are not playing.

This is your best case line up:

LT - Tyree Adams
LG - Paul Mubenga
C - DJ Chester
RG - Bo Bordelon
RT - Miles Frazier

Why not find out what your QB #2 can really do, like Nuss did against UGA and UW.

You're getting downvoted but I sorta agree with this. Nobody really cares about this game but it's hard to tell a competitive player to sit out. Plus it might look bad for him come character time when NFL teams look at him. It shouldn't but you never know.

Anyone keeping track of Baylor and seeing who's sitting out for them? This will be ab exhibition game for LSU to see who they can rely on for next year. More will enter the portal for the next transfer window no doubt.

I mean he could trip on his flip flops and break his arm in the off season. Can’t live in fear Bro. Sometimes shite happens, take advantage of every moment

I’m definitely not against just starting Hurley and seeing what the kid can do.

Hurley is not even an adult yet. I’d wait till next year.

Da Fook you talking about? The goal is to win the damn football game. Look what happened to FSU’s culture last year after most every starter opted out and they got embarrassed on National TV.

To be fair, that was the Fiesta Bowl (NY6). Devin White even played. This year is the shite bowl.

Would hate Nuss or for that matter any returning starter to get injured. But especially not Nuss.

Stop being a vagina. He has an entire offseason to recover if something happens

How is it not self evident to you that playing with your team is the only acceptable option?

What did you guys see that I missed this year? In my mind, nuss was mediocre as hell and needs all of the snaps that he can get.
