FSU is a terrible loss. It was the first game of the season, yes.
But they got stomped by an average team.

at HOME. sorry, thats not a good loss when you're the higher ranked team. their average'ness is surfacing. we could have exploited them much worse if we had a pulse on offense. auburn will give them hell in the iron bowl. they are 1 dimensional.

frick Bama, but have you actually seen ND's schedule. The ND bias is way worse.

ND beat ark on the road 56-13, shut them out in the 2nd half. And was a missed holding call from beating tamu

please explain how Alabama should be above Notre Dame.....obviously IM a Notre Dame fan. So lets break this down....Notre Dame lost right out of the gate two games against two ranked teams....Miami and Texas A&M....and they lost by a combined 4 points. Notre Dame throttled Arkansas by 43 which all the SEC team had a problem beating them by one score. Alabama lost by 14 points to a sorry arse Florida State team.....again Notre Dames two losses came to ranked teams by a combined 4 points.....lmao at LSU fans thinking Alabama should be above Notre Dame.

ND is not relevant in cfb anymore. Talk about a program living off the past. You brag about beating Arkansas by 43...so what. Until ND mans up and joins a conference they will not be respected. Take a team like A&M , USC, Miami they play 8-9 conference games a year. Hate to tell you but Every conference game is more important than the ND game...on the other hand ND has no conference so their most important games are the 2-3 games vs SEC or Big10 opponents.

I think the SEC, with 9 conf games now, and BIG10 should tell ND to frick off and not schedule them anymore....forci g them to join a conference.

Notre Dame has 1 ranked win all year. If there is any biased it is that no matter who Notre Dame plays they will be in the playoff

Ok, bubba. It’s relatively easy to spot the bottom feeders of the sports world. Thanks for stepping up.

I really would love to know how she became some sort of proclaimed college football expert. Just because they throw her on a screen 6 hours a day during football season doesn't means she knows more than average Joe. Stop listening to it and it won't bother you so much

The Notre Dame bias is worse. They lost head to head against Miami and have the same record, yet they are seeded higher. Their quality win this year is against USCw.

When it comes to Bama, it’s either eye test or resume test, whichever benefits Bama at that moment. The eye test was invented for Bama to justify the 2011 rematch.

If we’re using the eye test, I definitely think Notre Dame is a better football team.

They only use eye test to justify putting Bama in when they wouldn’t be in by resume

I use "Eye-Test Herbie" and when I use that Metric, Bama is always in the Top Ten and always in the Playoffs.

My guess is that is the ranking of the lowest ranked team Bama has beaten

Maybe the fact she’s been covering college sports for a while is why they put her on TV. A toad in the swamp knows more than the “avg joe” on this site

They did beat UGA on the road and Missouri on road. FSU bad loss but OU is good.

I really hope we pull out a miracle against OU because that would really hurt Bama's SOS IMO.

Honestly, Missouri could take them this weekend though.

If I'm Miami, I'm seething over this.

Head to head should matter a shite load more than it does.
