The wave is a dumbarse thing to do at an LSU fball game. It serves no purpose, i.e. it does not help the Tigers win.

The Wave? Unless it’s a close and meaningful game, it happens nearly every game and sometimes multiple times.

I was in Tiger Stadium when it was new, and I'm still there now. That qualifies me as an official old geezer, but I don't care.
