There has been no progression with the program.
Regardless of his prior ability to build a program and the dumpster fire he inherited, he has not had year-over-year success in moving the program forward.

Nah, I think I’ll skip reading all that. The eye test after 4 years clearly shows that he sucks and needs to go. Other coaches are turning programs around in their second year. That is still not even remotely close to happening here after year 4.

GG has always sucked but compared to the boot licking access simps Woody cultivated GG is at least an actual sports writer. Sad that I have to defend an idiot but at least his takes are his own. We know what MM is and mostly that’s what you’ve got here. I’m not BR fan, he’s ignorant, crazy and misguided on the sports side but at least he’s an autonomous voice. Looking at the landscape you’d be hard pressed to find a weaker group.

We as a country are doing our youth a huge disservice by teaching them to write this way. It’s dishonest. It’s contrarian just for the sake of being contrarian. In essence, we’ve raised a generation of douche bags that nobody actually likes, but most of us are too polite to tell them. And it’s gotten to their heads.

The state of the program today is directly tied to the damage that WW inflicted on the program. They blame Scott Woodward for MM when in reality, MM is here because of WW.

I don’t really understand. It’s not like he’s been a .500 coach and people are tired of being mediocre. He’s been a cellar dweller and there’s been zero signs of improvement after 4 years. Roster construction is bad, game plans are bad and there’s been no signs of improvement of getting better.
What’s the argument to keep him? Sample size is plenty big enough.
