Coach O, on a podcast right before CLK was hired, in responding if he could become a DL coach after being a head coach before, responded that he would take any position, he just wants to get back into college ball. He also said neither he or his agent have heard from anyone.

Probably not anymore. I think they finally let that narrative die. Most of those people were BK defenders and they were still blaming our troubles on EO right up until BK got fired. Now that BK is gone there's no longer any reason to defend him and the "38 scholarship players" excuse can end.

I don’t think he is on many people’s radar now. He needs to hold onto whatever money he has left and start living within his means. Maybe he could coach in high school ranks.

O’s last check from his buyout was this month. O’s people were trying to get him a job. That’s why he was on podcasts for a few weeks.

Let's be real, this was always just an excuse for those who hate the man to pile on.
Right now the board consensus concerning players skipping the Texas Bowl game is that it is a "meaningless" bowl game so it doesn't matter. What changed between the bowl game that happened after O was fired and this one?

Simply put and this is brutal and blunt, personally O is a man of low moral character. He doesnt need to be anywhere near this program.
