All those people wishing they had gotten in when it was between $1-2 may get their wish by the end of the week...

Yall think this is a mandatory hiccup and that they get their act together?
No. I think they are in a period where they are trying to get signed contracts. NASDAQ listing is nice, but it doesn't generate revenue.
I think they are looking for a collaboration with the US government and to paper up agreements to sell graphene. They can scale up the number of hyperions to meet the demand, after they get the commitments to buy.
A new gas line, new HQ, and NASDAQ listing are all going to bump up the stock, but just temporarily.
I've been saying I'm looking for PO announcements, OR contracts to build hyperions. If they have a contract that a client doesn't want made public, then the number of hyperions they are building will tell us how much they are selling. A collaboration with the government to create a GEIC or joint lab would be big, too. It would show the governments interest in what graphene can do.
So right now, you can look at all the resistance levels cup and handles, pivot points, consolidation, or high volume breakouts and do what you want with them, but the bottom line is that either HGRAF is gonna sell a lot of graphene and make a lot of people very happy, or it won't. Those are the two results I'm looking for, so I'm going to hang on to the stock until I'm pretty sure which way it's going to go.
If customers test it out and they don't buy, then we'll know it's not the super-material everyone is looking for. Maybe, they have a great product that is so specialized, that they don't ever get the demand for 10's of thounsands of tons. We'll see...

Did something happen today or is this just an unexplained selloff?

No news and broader sell off of the markets.
Hoping they can announce the opening of the office in Austin this week
Some ego tripped guy on reddit is claiming they passed building inspection on March 12th..:have no idea if this is correct …hope it is but those pictures posted a few pages back made it appear there was still some work to be done.

Nothing substantial has happened since the EPA approval. People get nervous when our profits at dripping away. I’m not sweating it yet.

Correct
Sounds like we are gonna see the Austin facility GO in April , which is very encouraging.
NASDAQ in May is looking iffy now
Not sure though that unwouldnt prefer to see the western gas contract for acetylene signed first however ?

Borrowed shares interest rate has dropped to 4% as of yesterday. The original block of shares is still on loan, but the rate has dropped twice in 2 weeks.

That’s usually a negative sign, right?
Posted on 4/1/26 at 11:03 am to supadave3
that is generally positive.

Supply and demand. Lower rate means they are trying to bump up the demand, which could indicate that fewer people are betting against the stock.

When do we sell???
Or when do we buy more?

Fell again yesterday to 3.5%. I'd imagine the next move is they will be returned, 3.5% is very low.

New interview with KB
She says that in the last 12 months, the defense industry has rapidly changed to become their largest demand (23:00).
Starts talking about the investment interest into HG (24:30). Eventually will need to raise more capital in the next 1-2 years. Seeking to uplist to NASDAQ, but may stay on the CSE even after uplisting. In the process of re-domiciling to the US, and expect uplisting to happen shortly after re-domiciling is complete. Now looking at July for uplisting, and if not July, then within Q3. Expects revenue this year.
There are some good and some not-so-good takeaways here.

Unfortunately the stock is gonna crater on that news. Every projected timeline she has given has not been met.
She and the leadership team have to get better at this.
If they were giving revenue forecast projections i could not put any trust in it at this point.
