How did Tyrann Mathieu make 1st team as a defensive back and 2nd team as a safety? Also, how did Henry and McCaffrey make both as a running back and as flex on the same team?

Defensive Back — Marcus Peters, Baltimore

Pretty impressive considering he was essentially decapitated back in September against Tampa.

Insanely stupid for McCaffrey to be listed for two positions. Give him the RB or the Flex so someone else can be named to either slot

Flex should be the highest WR or RB that doesn't get one of those spots.

Doubling up on both teams is stupid as hell.

I did...and I believe the man who made that team was Russell Wilson. I remember a season where Tom Brady missed four games and still made 2nd Team All-Pro.

Russell Wilson in 16 games 31/5
Drew Brees in 10 games 27/4

Drew Brees also more passing ypg

Drew Brees' backup also beat Russell Wilson

At the rate Brees was playing if he hadn't missed 6 games he would have 45 TDs, 5000 yards, 6 ints, and close to a 120 qb rating in a full season

Keep crying

Flex should be a player that doesn't make it at a single position, but can do multiple things well (catch passes, run the ball, returns, etc)

McCaffery should’ve been flex and Henry at RB. 2nd team should’ve been (maybe) Cooks at flex and Chubb at RB.

Apparently Peters only received 1 vote. Which apparently is enough to get you on the all pro team

In 2016 there were 10 ILBers that were named to the 2nd team All Pro team. Including Hightower.

1 vote at CB, 7 votes at DB.

I assume "DB" is essentially a nickel guy.

I’d have maybe gone Andrews over Kitte this year. He was lethal and a TD machine.

Lamar Jackson would have been 1st Team All-Pro even if Drew Brees had played all 16 games. He's the first QB in the history of the NFL to pass for 3,000 yards while also rushing for over 1,000 yards.

I'm excited to see Lamar in the playoffs. We're a year removed from Pollan looking like a genius vs San Diego.
