Yeah we got too close at that point. Correa should have walked and Tucker should have been seeing a 3-2 pitch with 2 on and 1 out.

But I get how unfortunate that was that it wasn’t a homer, only to see lemahieu tap an 0-2 pitch 40 feet to produce 3 runs.

That bottom of the sixth was so fricky I’d completely forgotten about that.

If it all led to a maLd0nad0 IL stint, tonight was well worth it.

An 0-2 pitch that was a foot off the plate and inches off the ground

Y’all are awful! Yeah, Maldy’s batting sucks, but don’t be happy he’s hurt.

I'm not happy he's hurt. I'm unhappy he's playing every day this season, costing us games. It's fitting he dropped another ball well before a collision that got him hurt. He's been playing like a high schooler.

A couple of weeks off will do him and the Astros good.

2 outs nobody on and an 0-2 count on Stanton. Now the bases are loaded in Typical Joe LaForce fashion.

Now this bum decides to call strikes at the top of the zone.

I know it's just one game, but Pedro Leon's bat may be 'Myles' away from MLB ready. He struck out in spring training like an Astros catcher and struck out 3 more times in his AA debut tonight.

Stanton said we gave up 18 baserunners in 8 innings. Said we need to get ahead of hitters tomorrow night. We were ahead 0-2 and 1-2 all night long minus the times the ump missed multiple strikes. Problem was we didn’t challenge them enough after getting ahead.

@JuliaMorales
Martín Maldonado left tonight's game with a trap contusion. Negative for concussion symptoms. He's day to day.

I was out and missed the game tonight, but saw the circus that plated the three runs at the restaurant I was at. Bregman has done that same thing twice recently.

Shitty home plate umpiring has become the norm and I’m almost used to it now.

Altuve is concerning me. Ever since that first game back, his avg has plummeted over 100 points. I hope he is not mindfricked again.

It’s probably good we lost a couple in a row. If we had kept winning, MLB would have found another player or two to put in COVID protocol for at least 2 or 3 days.

Yes, but not enough to postpone any games.

I came to this thread to see if I could find some Astros fans crying like little beeyotches. I did not leave disappointed.
