Looked pretty damn good against a weak arse lineup, but I’ll take it.

Oh Lord
Abreu and Pressly both 3 up 3 down
Don’t think all 3 of our guys have been great in the same game all year
No tellin what Hader bout to do

Now we get Hader with a 3 run cushion.

Helluva win. Outstanding job by Yainer and the pitching staff tonight.
Big time spot for Framber tomorrow to build on this

It really is uncanny how the Astros and Mariners can’t score in Seattle
I get that both teams have had good pitching and that their offense sucks while ours is known to go dormant for long stretches, but there must be more to it
It’s as if the pitching doesn’t even matter much. We can’t get a clean inning from our 7-9 guys, but now we get 3 up, 3 down from ALL 3 in a row

Per Elias, since 1969, the fastest a team had ever lost a 10-game lead in the division was 33 games (done twice, both by the Angels in 1995). The Mariners just lost a 10-game lead in 24 games
